Being a military community, it’s imperative that we come together to support those who may be struggling with thoughts of suicide. You don’t need to be a mental health professional – this training is for everyone.
Whether you’re a family member, friend, coworker, or neighbor, QPR can equip you with the tools to recognize warning signs, offer hope, and help save a life.

- Ask the right questions
- Persuade someone to seek help
- Refer them to the support they need
