Connections Group (18+) – You Don’t Have to Face It Alone

Connection can make all the difference. Our Monday Night Peer Support Group offers a safe, welcoming space for adults (18+) whose lives have been impacted by suicide.

Whether you have lost someone to suicide, are experiencing thoughts of suicide yourself, or are supporting someone who is struggling, you are welcome here. This group provides an opportunity to connect with others who understand, share experiences in a judgment-free environment, and find encouragement, hope, and support along the way.

You don’t have to have all the answers or carry the weight alone. Sometimes, simply being with people who understand is the first step toward healing.

Join us Monday evenings from 6-730pm and discover the power of connection. Together, we can remind one another that hope is always possible.
