Participants learn to use a suicide intervention model to:

  • Identify persons with thoughts of suicide
  • Seek a shared understanding of reasons for dying and living
  • Develop a safe plan based upon a review of risk
  • Prepare for follow-up
  • Become involved in suicide-safer community networks

This class is primarily offered for First Responders and their family members aged 16 or older wanting to make their community safer from suicide!

This is an in-person training; we will be strictly following all mandated COVID prevention protocols for everyone’s health and safety.
